第 8 回　Hierher Dorthin ーここから、あちらからー

概要 ： 日独交流150周年に際し催される展覧会「hierher dorthin -こちらへ、あちらへ- 」は、日本の若手アーティストのグループ「団・DANS」とドイツ大使館、東京ドイツ文化センターの共同プロジェクトです。 ここでは29人/組のアーティストが両国の多様な文化の結びつきを探求し、彼らの芸術作品によって二国間に新たなページを開きます。そこには今までにない発見があり、そこから又新たな時代が始まることでしょう。 展示に際してはキュレーター住友文彦氏の協力を頂きました。又、3月11日の東日本大震災の被災地に少しでも貢献したいという声が作家たちから上がり、収入の50%を被災地に寄付することになりました。

Celebrating the anniversary of “150 years German-Japanese friendship” 29 artists emerge to a discovery journey. In “Hierher Dorthin” (“From here to there”) they explore and intercultural connections between both countries and give them a new voice through theirs artworks. The exhibition is a joint project of the artist group “Dandans”, the German Embassy and the Goethe-Institut Tokyo - with the kind support of curator Fumihiko Sumitomo. In face of the disaster on March 11th the artists of “Dandans” donate 50% of the income of this exhibition to the people affected by the Tsunami.
